Located in Goshen, NY, about hour and half north of NYC, is the new seasonal LEGOLAND® theme park featuring a total of eight (8) different lands that make up the 150 acre resort. A multi-day experience with more than 50 rides, shows and attractions, all designed for kids ages 2 - 12 and their families, features a series of Birdair Modular Tensile Shade Structures at the 'Miniland' portion of the park. Miniland, a miniature village of LEGO built cities from across the country, is the iconic heart of every LEGOLAND Park. There are interactive features around every corner as well as tensile membrane canopies to provide shade and weather protection for all park visitors.
Completed in summer of 2022, Birdair designed and built a total of 17 various side-supported, or cantilevered, Monaco Modular shade canopies throughout the Miniland Park. Ten (10) of the Monaco structures are single tensile shade units and seven (7) are double boom, or also described as two canopies on one steel cantilevered column support. The fabric type of the tensile modular structures showcase two different colored PVC membrane.
