Iconic, Interactive Olympic Park Pavilion 'Played' Like an Instrument by Visitors
Designed and built by Birdair's sister company Taiyo Europe, this interactive pavilion constructed for the 2012 London Olympic games can be played like a musical instrument by allowing visitors to make a musical collage of sporting sounds by touching parks of its structure. The sounds are embedded in 200 interlocking colored ETFE plastic pillows which are sensitive to movement and touch.
