The Avenue Manama

The Avenue Manama Shopping Mall stands as a testament to architectural innovation and sophistication, thanks to the visionary collaboration between Taiyo Europe GmbH and esteemed engineering firms BGC SA and Tensys. Their combined expertise and creativity have reshaped the mall's skyline, making it a prominent landmark in Manama. The ambitious project involved the replacement of the mall's existing roof, a task that demanded meticulous planning and precision. Taiyo Europe GmbH, a renowned name in the field of architectural solutions and Birdair's sister company, took the lead in this transformative endeavor. Their partnership with BGC SA and Tensys ensured that every facet of this project was handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

The new roof, a masterful creation by Taiyo Europe, represents a remarkable fusion of form and function using approximately 190,000 square feet of TensoSky® ETFE film membrane. Taiyo Europe's ingenuity in design, fabrication, and installation shone through, as they not only created an aesthetically pleasing roof but also ensured its structural integrity.
