Nestled on the pristine shores of St. Thomas in the heart of the Caribbean, the architecture of the Iguana Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton is a harmonious blend of contemporary design and tropical charm. A star in the process, Birdair, Inc., engineered, designed, fabricated, and installed approximately 4,400 square feet of PTFE-fiberglass membrane, along with structural steel, cable net, and clamping to infill a custom canopy system of three cones with four featured sails. With its open-air concept, the restaurant immerses diners in the natural beauty of the island. The Iguana Restaurant's architecture effortlessly captures the spirit of St. Thomas, providing an inviting and stylish backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience.
