Birdair, Inc. has once again been named to Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) annual Top 600 Specialty Contractors list and has been ranked 9th among roofing contractors. Birdair is the only specialty contractor of tensile structures to receive both of these honors.
“At Birdair, we are proud of this year’s listing and our track record of regular appearances on the ENR Top 600 as well as the Top 20 Roofing Contractors over the past decade,” says David Capezzuto, Director of Business Development, Birdair. “This demonstrates our commitment to the tensile architecture industry and using the latest technologies available, we will continue to develop signature tensile membrane structures.”
The company was ranked 327th on the nationwide list of specialty contractors, which includes firms that specialize in areas such as electrical, mechanical, masonry, concrete, utility, painting, demolition and more.
ENR reports on all aspects of the non-residential construction industry and provides business and technical news for industry professionals. The annual list of the Top 600 Specialty Contractors is based on construction revenue in the preceding year from specialty contracting in a prime or subcontracting capacity. This year’s list was published in the October 15th issue and can be viewed online at www.enr.com.
